We can't say enough about how pleased we are with our transitional shade from Overland. No matter the product or the price, any company is only as good as their people, and the owners and installers here are as good as it gets. From the time we entered their store, they were a pleasure to deal with. We were unsure of what product we would put in a newly decorated room, and they were very helpful about features, materials, pricing. We never felt rushed. The in-home consultation made us confident in our choice. Their expert installer, Chris, was quick, polite, and informative on the use and care of the shade, and cleared up all the packaging and the work area. Through the whole process, we were treated as if we were buying a whole house full of window treatments instead of just one. This is the place to go.

My vertical blind sale and installation went very smoothly. The installers did a great job. They were on-time, professional, patient, and courteous. They cleaned up their mess and provided instructions on how to use; all within an hour. My second estimate even recommended that I go with Overland Blind Co. because they are a good company and their estimate could not be beaten. I am very satisfied with this family-owned business.

We are very impressed with this company. Not only were our Roman shades made and installed to our expectations, but when I called to see if someone could walk me through how to remove them so we could paint the windowsills, the crew came over that day to remove them for me with no charge. Plantation shutters and some blinds installed today.  On a scale of 1 to 10 regarding the quality of the product and the professionalism of the installers (proud sons of a family owned business) I think I'd rate it as a 15.  I couldn't be happier.  I'd recommend them to anyone, any time.
